某钢筋混凝土粮食平房仓抗震设计中的问题及处理建议

摘要
"200亿斤国家粮食储备库平房仓通用施工图—24m跨预应力钢筋混凝土折线形屋架平房仓"存在山墙承重、砌体围护墙嵌砌在排架柱间、未设柱间支撑等对结构抗震不利的问题。本文从抗震概念设计的原理出发,将该平房仓与传统单层排架厂房进行了对比,分析了粮食荷载对上部结构、地基基础设计的影响,指出了该平房仓存在的抗震问题。最后有针对性的提出了改变储粮方式和围护墙的位置、采用钢筋混凝土墙板和钢结构门式刚架体系等实用设计建议。
There are several problems in "the standard drawing of the 100-billion-kilogram national grain reserve warehouse—the single-layer grain storehouse adopting 24 meter span prestressed concrete broken-line roof truss",e.g.gable borne,the enclosure wall masonryed in the middle of bent frame column,no column bracings set etc.These problems may have negative effect on seismic of grain storehouse.In the paper,trational single-layer bent factory buildings and single-layer grain storehouses are compared,the effect of grain load on the design of structure and foundation is analyzed,seismic problems existing in storehouse are pointed out according to the seismic conceptual design theory.At last,several design suggestions are presented,e.g.changing the position of enclosure wall and the grain storage way of grain,adopting reinforce concrete enclosure wallboard and steel portal frame etc.
