大型振动离心机试验辅助系统分析

摘要
动力离心模型试验的优越性和研究的不断深入,推动了大型振动离心机的建设和发展。试验辅助系统是大型振动离心机建设的重要组成部分,与模型制作、试验数据采集和试验过程图像获取密切相关,健全试验辅助系统是动力离心模型试验成功的保障条件。文中介绍了大型振动离心机试验辅助系统的组成和功能,根据大型振动离心机和动力离心模型试验特点,分析了试验数据采集系统、摄影摄像观测系统、模型箱和制样设备的基本设计要求,指出了其关键技术和设计要点,并提出了一些具体设想和设计建议,结果可为国内大型振动离心机试验辅助系统设计提供参考和指导。
With the advantage and development of dynamic centrifugal model testing,large scale centrifugal shakers are constructed and developed simultaneously.A testing auxiliary system as a substantial equipment of the large scale centrifugal shakers is closely related to model buildup,data acquisition and image acquisition.A perfect testing auxiliary system is a sure guarantee for the dynamic centrifugal model testing.Appratus and function of the testing auxiliary system for dynamic centrifugal model testing are introduced herein.According to characteristics of the large scale centrifugal shakers and dynamic centrifugal model tests,data acquisition system,image acquisition system,containers and model preparation facilities are described,including basic design requirements,critical techniques,some specific conception and design suggestions.Results above can provide references and directions for the design of the testing auxiliary system of domestic large scale centrifugal shakers.
