高耸钢塔在强震后的现场检测和抗震计算分析

摘要
绵阳电视塔高200m,全钢结构,建于1989年,2008年遭受了汶川地震。本文对绵阳电视塔进行了灾后现场检测和有限元计算分析。检测结果表明,震后绵阳电视塔塔身垂直度和塔楼平整度较好,在地震作用下主要受力构件处于弹性范围内,说明该结构具有良好的抗震性能。设计时绵阳地区的抗震设防烈度为6度,基本风压为0.35kN/m~2,计算结果表明,该结构抗风起控制作用,按风振起控制作用的抗风设计后,该结构可抵御8度罕遇地震。灾后分别采用振型分解反应谱法和时程分析法对绵阳电视塔在汶川地震中的响应进行了有限元分析,结果发现,两种方法所得结果基本吻合,表明可采用振型分解反应谱法对高耸钢结构在罕遇地震作用下的响应进行定性分析,找出结构内力分布规律及结构薄弱环节;但由于振型分解反应谱法所得结果略小,为了更加可靠地了解高耸钢结构的抗震性能,罕遇地震下仍应进行时程分析。
Mian Yang Steel TV Tower is whole steel structure and 200 meters high,built in 1989.It suffered Wen Chuan earthquake in 2008.In this paper,field test is used to study seismic behaviour of Mian Yang TV Tower.Software SAP2000 is available to analyze response of the structure.It is shown that verticality of the most part of tower body and planeness of the tower dwelling satisfy the need of the original design code basically.Internal force components of main members are within elastic range and seismic behaviour of the steel TV tower is satisfactory.Although the design codes set seismic fortification intensity of Mian Yang as 6 and basic wind pressure as 0.35 kN/m~2 by the time when Mian Yang TV Tower was designed,the TV tower could resist 8 degree earthquake.It's obviously that wind load is the main load of this high-rise steel structure.In finite-element analysis,response deduced from decomposition response spectrum method is consistent with results from time history analysis.It's illustrated that modal response spectrum method could be used to analyze the structure under rare earthquake qualitatively to find the internal force regularity and weak parts of the structure.Internal force components calculated by decomposition response spectrum method are smaller than that of time history method.Therefore,time-history analysis of structure during rare earthquake is necessary.
