模型结构的压电摩擦阻尼减振控制试验研究

摘要
在压电摩擦阻尼器力学性能试验的基础上,对一安装有压电摩擦阻尼器的模型结构进行了地震模拟振动台试验研究。利用MATLAB/Simulink软件平台和dSPACE软硬件资源,建立了压电摩擦阻尼结构控制系统的仿真模型,采用快速控制原型技术对模型结构进行了地震反应振动台试验。通过振动台试验验证了地震作用下提出的压电摩擦阻尼器和以速度响应为输入的模糊控制方法调节阻尼器控制力的有效性。试验结果表明,提出的压电摩擦阻尼器能够根据结构的响应实时调整阻尼器的摩擦力,可以有效减小模型结构在地震作用下的位移反应和加速度反应。
Based on performance tests of a piezoelectric friction damper,a series of shake table tests for a model structure were carried out with a piezoelectric friction damper under various earthquakes.The simulation model of the structure with the piezoelectric friction damper was established by using MATLAB/Simulink software platform and software/hardware resources of dSPACE(digital signal processing and control engineering).The shake table tests were implemented by using rapid control prototype technology.The a seismic efficiencies of the designed piezoelectric friction damper and the proposed velocity-input fuzzy control strategy were both evaluated.Experimental results indicated that the designed piezoelectric friction damper can adjust its damping force according to the structural responses with the proposed control method in real-time and effectively suppress the structural responses under earthquake excitations.
