电动式单线圈有源伺服反馈加速度传感器原理

摘要
伺服式加速度计是利用电气回路对力学系统的反作用来改变力学系统原来的参数,来检测加速度大小的一类高精度惯性传感器。根据系统原理,设计了一种电动式单线圈有源伺服反馈加速度传感器,只由一组线圈构成,既是信号线圈,又是反馈线圈。这样可以简化结构,使传感器的外形更加灵巧,便于应用于地震测量中的一些特殊场合,通过实例验证了其测量结果的可靠性。
Servo accelerometer is one kind of high sensitive inertial sensors,in which original mechanical system parameter of the accelerometer is changed by the counteraction force caused by electrical circuit.The electrodynamic active servo feedback accelerometer consisted with single coil is introduced according to the system theory,which plays a part of both signal and feedback transmission.It has a simplified structure and smart design and can applied to special occasions in earthquake monitoring,and its reliability is verified through an example.
