上海市既有中小学建筑抗震性能分析

摘要
汶川地震和玉树地震造成了中小学建筑严重的破坏,并导致了重大的师生伤亡,因此人们越来越重视既有中小学建筑的抗震能力。国家之后应急启动了校安工程,要求对中小学建筑进行全面的抗震排查、鉴定和加固;相关抗震规范标准也把中小学建筑的抗震设防类别从丙类提高到乙类。根据上海市金山、杨浦和闸北3区部分既有中小学建筑的抗震鉴定情况,分析该类建筑的抗震性能,总结其抗震缺陷产生的原因,得出该类建筑存在抗震缺陷的主要原因是抗震设计规范发生了较大变化,并提出了抗震加固建议。
The Wenchuan and Yushu Earthquakes caused serious damage to the school buildings and heavy casualties of students and teachers.Thus the seismic performance of existing school buildings got more and more attention.The Chinese State Council started the School Building Safety Project soon to identify the seismic performance of school buildings.And the Seismic Standards also raised the earthquake resistance class of school buildings from C to B.Based on the earthquake resistant evaluations of school buildings in Jinshan,Yangpu and Zhabei Districts of Shanghai,this paper analyzes the seismic performance,sums up the defect reasons,and comes out the conclusion that the main reason of the seismic defects of school buildings is that the earthquake resistant design code changed too much in the past 30 years.Finally some strenthening measures to the main seismic defects are suggested.
