矿岩可爆性分级新方法

摘要
综合考虑影响可爆性的多重因素,采用因子分析法对表征可爆性的多个指标进行因子分析,随后进行模糊聚类,最终采用4个确定可爆性的主因子分别为抗拉强度、波阻抗、完整性系数及孔隙率,并给出分级计算法。在此基础上,定义样本数据库,采用最小Hamming距离和Hamming贴进度校验分级可靠性,判别各类岩石可爆性等级,量化可爆性使不同区域岩石间具有可比性,同时简化分级难度使之易于现场操作。
Taking the multiple factors that affect the blastability into consideration,factor analysis of parameters which may affect blastability is proposed,which is followed with fuzzy clustering.Finally,4 principal factors are used to serve as the quantitative description of blastability.They are tensile strength,wave impedance,integrity index and porosity.In addition,a new method is given to calculate the blastability indexes.Based on the above foundation,sample database is defined,its reliability is examined using minimum hamming distance and hamming approach degree.The blastability of different rocks is distinguished,so that it can be compared.Meanwhile,the problem of classification is simplified to make it easy for site operation.
