基坑支护及地下结构工程中格构基柱的施工方法

摘要
本文结合实例对基坑支护及地下结构工程中格构基柱的施工进行了介绍,其施工方法的特点体现在:基坑支护结构的支撑柱与基础桩一起,在基坑土方开挖前施工,采用钻孔灌注桩的施工方法;在制作钻孔钢筋笼前,先制作好钢结构桁架,采用起重机吊装并焊接在钢筋笼上部,随着钢筋笼一同沉放到位;基坑逐层开挖后,逐道焊接支撑梁钢筋与铜格构,支撑柱成为基坑支护结构的一部分,并可成为地下室结构柱的骨架。
Combined with practice,the construction of cell structure cornerstones was introduced.The key points were shown as follows.The construction of support columns together with foundation piles of pit support structure is completed before the pit excavation,using bored pile construction method.Before the production of bored pile reinforcement cage,steel truss was made.The truss was lifted and welded on the upper steel cage by using a crane,and sinked along with the heavy steel cage.After excavating layer by layer,steel bar of support beam was welded with steel lattice one by one.Support columns became part of the structure and may become skeleton of structural columns of basement.
