摘要

从结构布置、楼盖结构、整体转换和局部转换等方面入手,对带转换层结构设计要点进行了阐述和说明,指出在构件设计时应注重抗震延性设计的概念,对主要构件应进行加强,从而保证建筑的抗震性能。
From structure setting,floor structure,layout,overall conversion and local conversion and other aspects,this paper described and explained the design key points of transfer layer,pointed out in component design should focus on the concept of seismic ductility design,strengthened to main component,so as to ensure the seismic performance of buildings.
