城市复杂环境下岩质边坡爆破施工安全防护技术

摘要
卡特彼勒(徐州)有限公司二期厂区在建厂房临近岩质边坡,因该坡长度大、爆破施工同步、技术要求高、周边环境复杂,采取分级爆破施工.为优化爆破施工安全防护,采用不耦合装药和大小间隔布孔等方式,合理调整了最小抵抗线的方向.同时,根据爆破发生灾害的内外因素进行了安全防护,其中包括覆盖防护、立架防护、坡脚预制件防护及隔离防护等,并在现场进行布点监控和爆后灾害评估.实践证明,所采用的爆破施工安全防护技术实用有效,保障了工程顺利进行.
The second plant area of Caterpillar(Xuzhou) Inc.is near the rock slope.Because of large length of slope,synchronization of bursting and construction,high technique requirement and complex environment,we adopted classified bursting construction.In order to optimize safety protection of bursting construction,methods such as decouple charge and size interval hole arrangement were used to adjust the direction of minimum resist line easonably.Meanwhile,specific safety protection measures including covering,vertical frame,slope toe preform and isolation were taken according to the external and internal factors of bursting disaster.In addition,we carried out point monitoring and disaster evaluation after bursting at construction site.Practice shows that the safety protection technique adopted is practical and effective which guarantees the successful operation of the project.
