新型锡芯橡胶支座试验研究

摘要
橡胶隔震支座是隔震工程中的主要隔震装置,其中以铅芯橡胶支座应用最为广泛,但由于铅对环境的污染以及对人体健康的损害,开发其替代品是必要的.文章制作了中孔直径相同的铅芯橡胶支座和锡芯橡胶支座,进行了压剪试验.结果表明:锡芯的屈服力明显大于铅芯,实测约为1.68倍,屈服后刚度未因芯棒材料的不同而发生改变,锡芯橡胶支座可作为铅芯橡胶支座替代产品之一.
Rubber bearings are main isolation device used in isolation buildings.Lead rubber bearing is most widely applied in all kinds of rubber bearings.Due to lead pollution of the environment and harm to human health,the development of alternatives is necessary.In the paper,the lead rubber bearings and tin rubber bearings,which are the same for inner diameter of reinforcing steel plate,were produced.Pressure-shear tests are carried out.The testing result shows that yielding load of tin rubber bearing is significantly greater than that of lead rubber bearing,and post yield stiffness does not change.Tin rubber bearing can be used as alternative of lead rubber bearing.
