大跨度异形钢桁架安装过程试验研究及实时监控

摘要
大跨度空间结构施工过程是一个因结构体系未成型而引起的复杂变化过程。以甘肃省国际会展中心大跨度异形钢桁架项目安装过程为研究背景,通过ANSYS进行数值建模分析确定最优吊装方案,采用DH3819无线静态应变测试系统测试钢桁架主要受力构件的应力-应变状态,利用自主编制的数值模拟软件实现对大跨度异形钢桁架安装过程的联机控制,为优化施工方案和指导施工过程管理提供了直观的决策工具。
The construction process of large span spatial steel truss is very complicated because of the unformed structural system with in-time dependent.Based on numerical analysis of ANSYS,the optimal loading plan was determined for the large span spatial steel truss of Gansu Convention and Exhibition Center.Experiment on stress-strain relationships was undertaken by equipment of data record with wireless system named DH3819 in the field for construction process of the large span spatial steel truss.The simulation software compiled by author was used to realize the on-line control of large span deformed steel truss installation process,which can provide an intuitive decision-making tool for optimizing construction plan and guiding construction process management.
