某煤矿皮带廊主体结构加固设计及施工关键技术

摘要
由于某煤矿皮带廊处于恶劣的地面工业环境中,导致材料、构件及结构损伤劣化严重。依据对皮带廊主体结构的可靠性鉴定及损伤劣化机理分析,结合皮带廊功能要求,首先,对其已损伤劣化部分进行修复;然后,对钢筋混凝土支承框架采用增大截面和用碳纤维加强材料法进行增强,对廊身部分的预应力钢筋混凝土桁架、槽钢梁分别采用玻璃纤维加强材料、用碳纤维加强材料及增设钢支撑法进行增强;最后,对各部分进行面层维护。此外还对施工关键技术进行了探讨。
Materials,members and structures of the belt conveyor corridor in certain coal mine was greatly degraded and deteriorated at the severe coal mine industrial environment.Based on the reliability assessment report and the study on damage mechanisms of the main structure of the belt conveyor corridor,combined with the functional requirement,firstly the part which had degraded and deteriorated was repaired,and reinforced concrete frame structure was strengthened by increasing the section area and CFPR,and prestressed reinforced concrete truss and steel channel beam of the corridor body were strengthened by GFRP,CFRP and adding steel plates,finally every part was maintained at surface.In addition,the key points of construction technology were summarized.
