机敏网传感器及其在桥梁裂缝监测中的应用

摘要
机敏网裂缝监测传感技术模拟人类神经系统的感知机理,可对混凝土结构表面裂缝进行有效监测。针对斜拉桥索塔结构不同宽度裂缝的监测需要,基于机敏网传感器,提出了一种对初始裂缝发生发展及宽度监测的方法。大量实验证明改进后的机敏网传感器能够监测到混凝土结构表面不同开裂程度的裂缝及其扩展情况,根据不同型号漆包线的断裂对初始裂缝宽度进行判断。应用改进后的机敏网传感器,在桥梁索塔监测中及时发现了裂缝的发生发展情况和开裂程度,保障了桥梁安全。
Smart film crack monitoring technology,which simulates the perceptual mechanism of human nervous system,is able to detect cracks of concrete structures.Based on smart film sensor,a crack monitoring method is proposed for detecting the developing trend and width of initial cracks appearing on the towers of cable-stayed bridges.Experiments verify the ability of the improved smart film sensor for monitoring different width cracks in the surface of concrete structure and their developing trend. The width of initial cracks is judged according to the breakage of enameled copper wires with different diameters.The improved smart film sensors were applied to a real bridge,and the crack occurrence,developing trend and crack extent of some cracks in the concrete structure of the bridge were found in time.
