大底盘双塔楼超限高层抗震分析和性能化设计

摘要
介绍了大底盘双塔楼超限高层的设计分析过程,采用SATWE,PMSAP和ETABS三个程序对整体模型和单塔模型进行了多遇地震作用下的反应谱计算和动力弹性时程补充计算,并进行了罕遇地震作用下的静力弹塑性分析。结果表明,结构抗震性能良好,体系安全可行。对受力复杂的连接板进行了应力分析,并推荐了主拉应力表达式的截面设计方法。针对超限的情况,进行了性能化设计,对关键部位进行了定义并采取了加强措施。
This paper presents the analysis of a high-rise building beyond the code limits with twin towers and large chassis and the design process.Overall model and single tower models of the structure under the action of frequently occurred earthquake are analyzed by the programs of SATWE,PMSAP,ETABS.The elastic dynamic time-history analysis and the Pushover analysis under the action of rare earthquake on integral structure are carried out.The results show that the seismic performance of the structure is good,and the structure is safe and reliable.In-plan stresses of the linking slab are analyzed.And it is suggested that the formula for design of linking slab would be the expressions in terms of the principal tensile stress.Performance-based seismic design theory is applied during the structural design,and the key parts of the structure are defined and strengthened.
