同步性对“双缸多阀”电液振动台性能的影响

摘要
为了克服电液振动台伺服阀频响在高频段的衰落特性,离心机机载电液振动台采用了"双缸多阀"的技术路线来减小单个伺服阀的开口。由于需要对两个伺服阀-液压缸系统进行独立控制,因此两缸之间的同步程度将对整个系统的性能产生影响。文中采用Matlab/Simulink软件建立"双缸多阀"电液振动台系统仿真模型,对该问题进行了定量分析并提出了实现"双缸多阀"方案的一些基本要求。
In order to overcome the fading characteristics of the high frequency response in the servo valve of electro-hydraulic shaker,the "double-cylinder and multi-valve" technology road map was used to reduce the size of the single serve-valve's opening in many electro-hydraulic shakers of machine carried centrifugal.Because independent control for two servo-valve and hydraulic-cylinder system was needed,the performance of all system would be affected by the synchronization between the two cylinders.Base on the modeling of the "double-cylinder and multi-valve" electro-hydraulic shaker which was established by the Matlab/Simulink software,the quantitative analysis of this problem is completed,and some basic requirements to achieve the "double-cylinder and multi-valve" program are advanced.
