影响福州城市地下空间开发的地质因素分析

摘要
城市发展的用地需求与城市有限土地资源之间的矛盾日趋突出,开发利用城市地下空间资源已成为国内外城市发展的趋势。在分析福州市地质背景条件的基础上,对福州市地下空间开发过程中可能面临的地下水、岩土体工程性质、断裂构造、地下有害气体等地质因素的发育特征及其对地下空间开发可能造成的影响进行分析,并提出合理开发利用福州市城市地下空间资源的对策建议,为政府部门编制城市地下空间资源开发利用规划提供地质依据,为实现城市地下空间资源合理开发利用与城市可持续发展提供有益参考。
Exploiting underground space resources in cities has become development trend at home and abroad since contradiction between the demand for land and limited land resources in urban areas has been increasingly prominent.This paper introduces the geological background of Fuzhou city,and analyzes geological factors such as groundwater,soil,faults,underground harmful gases and their effect on the process of exploitation and utilization of underground space in Fuzhou.Then,this paper gives effective suggestions on the rational development and utilization of underground space resources in Fuzhou.It provides geological basis for compilation of urban underground space resource development and utilization planning,useful references for realizing coordination between exploitation of urban underground space and urban sustainable development.
