钢-混凝土高层结构抗震性能振动台试验研究

摘要
广州天誉大厦采用型钢混凝土框架—钢筋混凝土筒体的混合结构体系,地面以上结构采用抗震缝兼伸缩缝分隔为南、北塔两个独立结构体系,南塔高186.5 m,北塔高159.5 m。两塔的核心筒总宽度与核心筒总高的比值均超出了规范限值。为研究这种超限高层混合结构的抗震性能,对其进行了缩尺(1/30)模型的振动台试验,并建立了有限元计算模型进行计算分析,研究连接构件的抗震可靠性、抗侧力结构在地震作用下的动力特性和动力反应,评价整体结构抗震安全性。试验和计算结果均表明,该结构体系具有足够的水平刚度,总体上满足初步设计目标的抗震设防要求。但在罕遇地震作用下,南、北塔之间的相对位移和层间位移角偏大,南、北塔发生碰撞,建议设计时应适当增大两塔之间的间距或采用消能防撞措施。
Guangzhou TianYu Building is a steel reinforced concrete frame-reinforced concrete core walls hybrid structure system.It is divided into two independent structural systems——north and south tower by seismic joint.South tower is 186.5 meters high and north tower is 159.5 meters high.North and south towers' aspect ratio and the ratio of the total width of the core tube to the height of core tube are all beyond normal limits.In order to provide seismic resistant design basis for this high-rise hybrid building,Earthquake Engineering Research & Test Center of Guangzhou University conducted(1/30) scale model shaking table test,and used finite element software ETABS for modal analysis and time-history analysis.Test and analysis results show that the structural system has sufficient horizontal stiffness.On the whole,the structure meets the seismic requirements.In major earthquake,the relative displacement of the south and north towers and the story drift angle are so large that north tower and south tower would collide.It is suggested that increasing the distance between the two towers suitably or taking energy dissipation measures should be done.
