抗震分析反应谱与时程积分方法和数值分析对比研究

摘要
在核电站主设备设计阶段,通常采用反应谱分析方法或时程积分方法对设备进行抗震能力分析。为获得多个间隙造成的地震非线性因素影响,本文以控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)为例,基于ANSYS软件,采用了改进的反应谱方法进行分析,并与时程积分法进行了对比。计算获得CRDM密封壳在各个标高上的剪力和弯矩。结果表明,改进的反应谱法所获结果能体现结构地震动态特性,与时程分析方法结果基本一致,为设备抗震设计提供指导思路。
Background: For the nuclear power plant main component under design phase,the anti-seismic capability analysis should be evaluation used response spectrum analysis or time history analysis usually.Purpose: This paper attempts to get the non-linear influence because of gaps.Methods: Based on ANSYS FEM software,get the CRDM seismic result used improve spectrum analysis,which compare with the time history analysis.Results: the bending moments and shear force on each sections of CRDM housing was showed in this paper.Conclusions: The result shows that the improve spectrum analysis can get the structure dynamic characteristics,the calculation results between the improve spectrum analysis and the time history analysis are consistent,it can provide guidance on the subsequent equipment design.
