基于HHT的电力系统低频振荡监测器的研究

摘要
针对电力系统区域联络线上发生低频功率振荡问题,提出了一种能够快速精确地分解出振荡模态参数的低频振荡监测器。低频振荡监测器的核心是一种改进的希尔伯特-黄变换(Hilbert-Huang transform,HHT)算法,该算法通过给在线录波数据叠加整周期余弦信号,使预处理信号的两端为极值点,解决了EMD分解过程中的"端点效应"问题,通过MATLAB仿真验证了该方法的有效性。
Aimed at the problem of low frequency oscillation on regional link of power system,a low frequency oscillation monitor,which will be able to decompose the vibration modal parameters quickly and accurately,has been presented in this paper. The core of low frequency oscillation monitor is an improved Hilbert-Huang transform( Hilbert-Huang transform,HHT) algorithm. Through adding the full period cosine signal to the online record data,this algorithm will solve the End Effect problem during EMD decomposition process by making both ends of preprocessing signal as the extreme points. Simulation results by MATLAB verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
