大底盘多裙房复杂超高层建筑基础隔震设计与研究

摘要
近年来随着隔震技术的日益成熟,隔震体系越来越多的应用到多裙房高层复杂建筑当中因而产生了许多新的技术问题。本文以某新区一大型建筑模型为例,采用基础隔震和柱顶隔震方案,通过基底的大底盘将裙房和塔楼连在一起而在门厅处则采用柱顶隔震。应用Sap2000有限元程序来建立实体模型,进而对相应的隔震与非隔震结构进行不同地震波作用下的时程分析。通过模态分析和时程分析结果,分析了该结构模型在地震作用下的减震效果,并对一些现象初步分析了原因。
In recent years,the isolation technology has been recongnized as a mature technology,and more and more high-rise complex buildings with the multi-podium adopt the isolation technology,thus many new problems arise.In this paper,a large-scale building in a new district is taken as a example.The design plan of base isolation and roof-isolation is adopted.Using the podium on the isolated layer,the main tower and annex are connected together,and the roof isolation is used in column of entrance hall.A 3D finite element model of the base-isolated high-rise building is established by use of Sap2000 program.Then,seismic response of the building with or without the isolators are analysed including mode analysis and time-history analysis.At last,the vibration-resistant effect is researched in detail,and causes of some appearances are simply studied.
