钢筋混凝土框架结构轻钢加层中柱连接节点试验研究

摘要
在轻钢加层中,新钢柱与原混凝土柱之间的连接能否满足设计要求是其成功的关键。以实际工程为例,结合外包柱脚的构造形式,提出了先在原柱顶面增加满足柱脚锚栓锚固高度的混凝土柱,再在其上固定钢柱并设置钢柱外包钢筋混凝土柱的方法。结合有限元软件及试验分析了该柱脚连接节点与钢柱直接加层柱脚连接节点在循环荷载下的失效模式及耗能特性。结果表明,所设计的柱脚具有良好的承载能力和耗能能力,该柱脚的试验值与理论分析基本一致,再次证明了该柱脚的可靠性。
If the connection between new steel column and original concrete column could meet the design requirements or not is the key to success of light-steel adding-story project. Based on an actual project,combined with the form of encased column base,a method is proposed as adding a concrete column on original column top to meet the height requirement of column foot anchoring bolt and then fixing the steel column on new concrete column with set of encased reinforced concrete.Analyses of failure mode and energy dissipation capacity under cyclic loading were carried out on connecting node of proposed column base and connecting node of steel column directly set on the concrete column respectively by finite element program and experiment. The results show that proposed column base has well bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity. The experiment results of proposed column base are basically consistent with theoretical analysis,which proves the reliability of the proposed column base again.
