预制装配式剪力墙结构及其连接技术

摘要
为适应建筑节能减排和住宅产业化的发展及要求,预制装配式剪力墙结构的研究和应用成为目前结构工程中的热点问题。从预制装配式墙板结构的发展概述入手,就预制装配式剪力墙结构的构件、节点与接缝连接和整体性研究方面,总结了近年来国内外学者对预制装配式剪力墙结构的研究成果,并对其抗震性能、接缝连接构造以及相关钢筋连接技术进行了系统归纳与分析。介绍了装配式剪力墙结构的标准化和工程应用进展情况。对当前预制装配式剪力墙结构研究和抗震设计中存在的问题进行了简要分析与探讨,指出了装配式结构的研究方向和有待重点解决的问题。
In the recent years,more and more researchers have paid attention to the study of prefabricated shear wall structure and its application,the structure is developed based on the requirement of building energy saving and housing industrialization.The development of prefabricated wall panel structure was introduced firstly,the component,node,horizontal joint,vertical joint and integrative performance researches on prefabricated shear wall structure were reviewed,the findings on researches of prefabricated shear wall structure at home and abroad were summarized.The seismic behavior,joints design and rebar connecting technology were also induced and analyzed systematically.The progress in engineering application and standardization of prefabricated shear wall structure are introduced.The problems about research and application of prefabricated shear wall structure were pointed out,and the research orientation of future prefabricated shear wall structure and several problems which need to be solved urgently were put forward.
