集装箱起重机模态实验中的新型测点优化布置法

摘要
在集装箱起重机结构模态实验中,向QR分解所得的初始测点组中添加剩余测点时,采用目前常用的测点选择方法在操作过程中存在着一定的局限性。为解决这些问题,提出一种新的测点添加方法,并以集装箱起重机缩尺模型为研究对象对该方法进行实验验证。选取2组采用该方法添加的测点方案进行锤击模态实验,结果显示2组方案都能得到较好的结果,证明了该法能得到精确、经济的传感器布置。
In the modal test for the container crane,to add the remaining measuring points to the original measuring point group obtained by QR decomposition,there is certain limitation in the operating process when the current common measuring-point selection method is used. To solve the problem,a new-kind of measuring-point adding method is put forward,which is verified by the test with the scale model of the container crane as the study object. The hammering modal test is performed for two selected options with measuring-points added using this method,and it's shown that both options can get excellent results,which means that the method can provide accurate and economic sensor layout.
