上海优秀历史建筑现存主要问题及加固方法研究

摘要
上海许多优秀的历史建筑由于年久失修,构件损坏严重,承载力严重不足,有些还经历改建、扩建、新建,结构体系混乱,建筑存在很多安全隐患。对上海近代历史建筑中结构安全存在的主要问题和损坏后的加固方法进行了总结,并以上海几处优秀历史建筑为例,介绍了其损害情况,为今后优秀历史建筑的修缮加固提供参考。
There are security risks in many excellent historical buildings in Shanghai. Because some of them fell into disrepair,components are severely damaged,carrying capacity is seriously insufficient,some are undergoing reconstruction or expansion,which makes the structure system chaos. This paper summarizes the main problems and the reinforcement method of shanghai modern historical buildings. Taking a few outstanding historical building in Shanghai as an example,this paper introduces their damage,provides reference for the repair and reinforcement of outstanding historical buildings in the future.
