基于分维与粒子群的裂纹扩展在线监测

摘要
采用分形计盒维数计算模拟裂纹扩展信号的分维数,运用改进的能量差法自动拾取断裂信号的初至时间,依据时间差定位方法(TDOA)的原理和适应度函数,采用粒子群优化算法(PSO)得到最终的定位结果。试验采用均质的有机玻璃,用铅笔芯断裂信号来模拟裂纹扩展信号,通过在3个已知坐标点做若干次铅笔芯断裂试验,最终得到的定位结果显示,依据时差法原理,采用分形计盒维数与粒子群优化算法的定位方法有其可行性,准确度较好。此方法给结构损伤的定位提供了一个新的思路。
The fractal box dimension method is applied to calculate fractal dimension of the simulated crack propagation signals.The improved energy difference method is applied to pick up the beginning time of the crack propagation signals automatically.Based on the principle of TDOA and fitness function,we can get the positioning result by using PSO.A homogeneous plexiglass is used in the experiments.The breaking pencil signals simulate the crack propagation signals.Several percussion experiments are made at three known coordinate points.The final positioning result showed that the method which based on the TDOA,fractal dimension and PSO is feasible,which provides a new idea to position the structure damage.
