基于精细化模型的无焊孔梁柱节点有限元分析

摘要
以无焊孔钢结构梁柱节点为研究模型,在充分考虑实际焊接条件、细化模拟参数、提高网格质量等基础上,结合"生死单元"技术,通过调用热源子程序DFLUX,利用Abaqus平台实现较为真实的焊接温度场的有限元模拟。运用精细化的温度场分布得到较为精确的焊接残余应力和应变,进而施加低周循环往复荷载进行拟静力有限元分析。通过与节点拟静力试验结果和基于简化模型的有限元分析结果相比较,表明提出的精细化有限元模拟结果具有精确性和有效性。
In this paper,the non-scallop steel beam-column connection is used as the research model.On the basis of taking full account of the practical welding conditions,refining the simulation parameters and improving the mesh quality,with the use of livedie unit technology and subroutine DFLUX of heat source,the FEM simulation of a more realistic welding temperature field is achieved on the Abaqus platform.Under the welding temperature field of refined model,the distribution of welding residual stress and strain is calculated,then the quasi-static FEM analysis is conducted by applying low-cycle loads.Comparing with the results of quasi-static connection test and the FEM analysis under the simplified model,it is indicated that the refined FEM simulation has accuracy and validity.
