门座式起重机驾驶室主动隔振仿真研究

摘要
门座式起重机驾驶室现在一般采用被动隔振技术,文中针对被动隔振技术低频特性较差的问题,提出了主动隔振技术在门座式起重机驾驶室的应用,并进行了研究。根据问题的数学描述和门座式起重机驾驶室力学模型的分析,提取了门座式起重机驾驶室的主动隔振数学模型,并根据X-LMS自适应算法利用MATLAB软件对算法进行验证。结果表明,门座式起重机驾驶室主动隔振技术实施的可行性与其对驾驶室低频振动的隔振有益效果。
Now the vibration isolation of gantry crane cab is generally passive. This paper analyzes the problems of low frequency characteristics of passive vibration isolation and proposes an active vibration isolation technology in the portal crane cab and makes some experiments. According to the mathematical description of the problem and Analysis of the gantry crane cab mechanical model, an active isolation mathematical model for gantry crane cab is obtained. And a verification algorithm is made by MATLAB software according to X-LMS adaptive algorithm. The results shows active vibration isolation technology for portal crane cab is feasible and effective in low-frequency vibration isolation.
