一种小型低频标准振动台的设计

摘要
本文介绍了一种低频标准振动台的设计。首先,根据国家标准和测振传感器的使用环境,确定了标准振动台的设计指标;之后,介绍了标准振动台中激振器的设计;根据设计指标,选择了相对速度反馈作为振动台的控制方法,并对该控制方法进行了详细的分析,并进行了仿真计算;最后,对振动台在开环和闭环状态下的幅频特性、失真度进行了测试,结果表明经过合理设计和控制,低频标准振动台低频运动信号质量得到了明显改善,可满足一般低频测振传感器的校准需要。
The design of a low frequency calibration shaking table is introduced in this paper. First,we confirm the design specification of low frequency calibration shaking table according to the national standard and the deployment environment of vibration sensor. Then,the design of a vibration exciter is introduced. According to the design specification,we choose the relative velocity feedback method as the control method of the shaking table. We analyze this method in detail and carry out the simulation calculation. Finally,we test the amplitude versus frequency response characteristics and distortion under the situation of open loop and closed loop. The results show that the low frequency movement signal of low frequency shaking table is improved and it can meet the requirement of the calibration of low frequency vibration sensor.
