基于物联网技术的城市防灾减灾应急指挥仿真

摘要
研究城市防灾减灾应急指挥问题,提高救援效率,降低灾害带来的损失。在城市管理过程中,由于城市不同灾害的灾变过程复杂性较强,并不是简单的线性关系,很难用单一的灾害预警模型进行描述,降低了城市防灾减灾应急指挥的救援效率。为解决上述问题,提出了一种采用物联网技术的城市防灾减灾应急指挥方法。根据物联网技术相关原理,对城市灾害发生情况进行监测,将监测结果进行分簇,将其作为城市灾害通信网络的基本单位。设置不同类别的城市灾害监测过程中的传感器节点,获取灾害通信网络数据传输的最佳路径,实现城市灾害的精准定位,从而快速进行救援指挥。实验结果表明,利用改进算法进行城市防灾减灾应急指挥,能够极大的提高城市灾害监测的准确性,从而提高应急指挥的精准度。
The emergency command for urban disaster prevention and reduction was researched to improve the efficiency of rescue and reduce disaster losses. During the process of urban management,due to the high complexity of the different urban catastrophe process which is not a simple linear relationship,it is difficult to describe with a single early warning model for disaster,which reduces the rescue efficiency of emergency command of the urban disaster prevention and reduction. For this reason,this paper proposed an urban disaster prevention and mitigation emergency command based on the technology of Internet of things. According to the related principle of the technology of internet of things,the urban disaster condition was monitored and the monitoring results were clustered to be regarded as the basic units of urban disaster communications network. The different types of sensor nodes in the process of urban disaster monitoring were set up to acquire the best route of disaster communication network data transmission,so as to achieve precise positioning of urban disasters and conduct rescue command quickly. Experimental results show that the improved algorithm for emergency command of urban disaster prevention and mitigation can greatly improve the accuracy of urban disaster monitoring,and in further increase the precision of emergency command.
