震后单幅全极化SAR图像中倒塌建筑提取研究

摘要
合成孔径雷达(SAR)以其全天时,全天候对地观测的能力,在地震等灾害应急应用中可以发挥难以替代的作用。针对只有一幅震后全极化SAR图像的应用场合,提出了一种倒塌建筑信息提取方法。该方法从少量样本中提取特征模板,采用基于特征模板匹配的图像检索的思路进行倒塌建筑信息的提取。特征模板是由以下13维特征构成,包括HH、HV、VV三通道幅度特征,基于Cloude分解的H/α/A极化特征,基于Yamaguchi分解的四散射分量,圆极化相关系数,归一化圆极化相关系数以及极化方位角等。选取2010年玉树地震发生后的一景RADARSAT-2全极化SAR数据进行倒塌建筑信息提取试验,结果表明该方法在保证较高检出率的情况下,降低了虚警率。
The capabilities such as weather-and-sunlight independence make synthetic aperture radar(SAR)play an irreplaceable role in earthquake emergency response.According to the applications with single post-earthquake full polarimetric SAR image,a method is proposed to extract information of collapsed buildings.After obtaining the feature templates from a small amount of samples,the extraction of collapsed buildings is based on feature template matching as image retrieval.The feature templates are constituted by 13 features such as image amplitude features(HH,HV,VV),H / α / A polarization features acquired from Cloude decomposition,scattering components acquired from Yamaguchi decomposition,circular polarimetric correlation coefficient,normalized circular-pol correlation coefficient and polarimetric orientation angle.The experiments conducted on single RADARSAT-2 full polarimetric SAR image after the Yushu earthquake in 2010 show that the proposed method can reduce the false alarm rate ensuring high detection rate.
