地铁沿线历史保护建筑三维隔震减振加固研究

摘要
轨道交通沿线的历史保护建筑由于自身承载力不足和长期承受地铁振动,影响了其结构安全和正常使用。针对此问题,对上海某历史保护建筑进行了三维隔震减振加固研究,主要对其进行三维隔震减振设计、隔震效果分析、加固施工工艺及加固后的振动处理效果振动测试分析。研究结果表明通过对历史保护建筑三维隔震减振加固后的结构在地震作用下的地震响应与加固前相比,楼层加速度减小51%~73%、层间剪力减小53%~74%、层间位移减小50%~74%,减震效果良好;罕遇地震下隔震支座的位移和受拉性能均满足规范要求,结构的抗震性能得到提高。
Insufficient structural self-loading capacity and subway vibration have an important effect on the safety and normal use of historical protective structures along subways. A method concerning the design and construction of three-dimensional damping and strengthening applied in a protective historical building in Shanghai is introduced in this paper. Its vibration reduction design,isolating affection analysis,constructional technology and the effect after reinforcement are researched. The results show that the floor acceleration reduces to 51% ~ 73%,the interlayer shear reduces to 53% ~ 74%,and the storey displacement reduces to 50% ~ 74% with a comparison of seismic response between original structure and strengthened structure under medium earthquakes. What's more,the displacement and tensile properties of isolation bearing meet standardized requirements under rare seismic action,and seismic performance is enhanced after reinforcement.
