塔架式重型钢结构的力学性能分析

摘要
塔架式重型钢结构是锅炉钢结构的一种重要形式,目前国内对其力学性能的研究分析较少。以某塔架式重型钢结构为研究对象,运用软件STAAD-Pro进行多工况的整体受力分析,并采用有限元软件ANSYS对其关键节点进行局部受力分析。结果表明,该结构的整体力学性能和节点局部承载力均满足相应规范要求。
Tower-type heavy steel structure is an important form of boiler steel structure,and there are few research and analysis papers for its mechanical behavior in China.In this paper,one tower-type heavy steel structure is taken as the research object,the mechanical performance of the overall structure under various conditions is analyzed using the software STAAD-Pro and the local force analysis of the steel frame's key joints is carried out by finite element software ANSYS.The results show that the overall mechanical property and the local bearing capacity of this structure meet the corresponding codes.
