EPR1750核电站汽轮发电机基础抗震性能研究

摘要
以国内首个EPR1750核电站汽轮发电机弹簧隔振基础为例,对弹簧隔振基础的抗震设防水准进行了分析探讨,建议基于性能设计要求,弹簧基础按基本烈度进行弹性设计;对隔振器采用金属弹簧器的弹簧隔振基础的结构阻尼比进行理论推导,继而对隔振器采用金属弹簧器+粘滞阻尼器的弹簧隔振基础的结构阻尼比进行理论分析,得出这2种由组合材料组成的弹簧基础的结构等效阻尼比求解方法;弹簧基础第4阶振型为局部竖向振动,结构阻尼比主要来自隔振器的贡献,数值与其余各阶振型差别较大.
Taking a spring-isolation TG foundation of EPR1750MW nuclear power station for example,the seismic fortification criterion of the spring-isolation foundation is studied.The suggestions that spring-isolation foundation could be designed under basic intensity for performance design requirement is put forward.The structure damping ratio is deduced theoretically for spring foundation using steel spring and spring foundation using steel spring and amortisseur.And the conclusion that solution meth-od for damping ratios of two kinds of spring foundation is summarized.The effect of the spring stiffness on the bearing seismic response of the top deck is analyzed and summarized.The fourth model of spring-foundation is local vibration;the damping ratio is up to the vibration isolator.
