四川汶川遭受了8.0级特大地震灾害。通过灾区调研,感到防震减灾是一个涉及到方方面面的系统工程。规划、建筑设计人员,应该从地震造成的灾害中吸取经验和教训,更用心地把规划、建筑做得更好。
