既有建筑物下基桩检测技术研究

摘要
既有建筑物下基桩由于先期施工质量问题、地震或泥石流等自然灾害的破坏,造成上部结构倾斜、裂缝;或者要对既有建筑物进行改造,而由于历史久远基桩施工图纸丢失,因此有必要对既有建筑物下基桩进行检测。目前成熟的基桩检测方法已不适用,介绍了平行地震法的原理、工作场地的布置和检测步骤,并结合实际工程,对检测的数据进行分析,得到满意的效果,由此可知此方法具有很好的推广价值。
Piles under the existing building can cause inclination and cracks of superstructure because of pre-construction quality issues,earthquakes or mudslides and other damages of natural disasters,which leads to reform of existing buildings. But as a long history of pile construction and loss of its drawings,so it is necessary to detect the piles under the existing building.But at present mature pile-detection method is not applicable to that.The principle of parallel seismic method,the layout of workplaces and testing steps are introduced.Combined with practical engineering,analysis of testing data,satisfactory results are got,so this method is worth popularizing.
