震后危险化学品安全处置与评估

摘要
"5.12"汶川地震波及的区域分布有数百家企业,涉及原料、过程化学品和化工产品上千种,避免化学品因地震产生泄漏而造成重大次生灾害是抗震救灾的重要任务之一。描述了地震发生后对危险化学品风险源的现场处置、安全调查、分级评估、信息管理等重要工作,介绍了对危险化学品风险源的及时监控和防范措施,对类似次生灾害控制有重要的借鉴作用。
In the area jolted by the "5·12" Wenchuan earthquake,there are hundreds of enterprises that used,produced and stored more than one thousand chemicals.One of the most important works at the first time post-quaking was the elimination of the potential risks induced by the leakage of chemicals in the earthquake.In this paper,the on-site elimination of chemical exposure,and the risk assessment,risk identification and information disclosure are discussed and the emergent elimination and inspection of potential chemical risk sites are introduced also,which was an important reference to deal with induced risks in the similar disasters.It will provide a helpful reference to deal with induced risks in the similar disasters.
