大岗山水电站前期工程建设重大技术问题处理

摘要
大岗山水电站2005年9月动工筹建,2010年12月获国家核准,在核准前的前期工程建设中,大岗山水电站针对高烈度地震区拱坝抗震安全、峡谷坝肩高边坡开挖、坝基辉绿岩脉缺陷处理等工程特有的难题,以及建设过程中出现的右岸边坡稳定性和地下厂房塌方等突发性重大问题深入开展研究,积极落实解决方案,为确保工程核准期安全平稳建设提供了强有力的技术支持。
The Dagangshan Hydropower Station was prepared to construct in September 2005,and approved by the Chinese Government in December 2010.In the early stage of project construction before the approval,in view of the specific difficulties such as seismic safety of the arch dam in high intensity earthquake zone,high side slope excavation of canyon abutments,treatment of diabase dikes defects of the dam foundation,and the sudden major technical issues such as the side slope instability of right bank and the collapse of the underground powerhouse during the construction,we carried out in-depth research,actively implemented solutions and provided the strong technical support to ensure safe and stable construction of the approved period.
