核应急柴油发电机组的设计

摘要
核电站的安全是关系到民生和国际影响的重大政治问题,因此避免发生事故是安全设计的重要环节,其中核应急柴油发电机组作为备用电源是安全系统中的重要环节之一。当核电站受到外界环境因素影响时(地震、外电网失电等),应急柴油机组必须快速启动并且在规定时间内按照加载程序带载,为安全设备提供电源,保证核电站的安全。我们将重点论述柴油发电机组、润滑油、燃油、冷却水、空气起动、进排气系统的设计和辅助系统设备的分级。
The safety of nuclear power station is such an important political issue concerning about the people's livelihood and internal influence that avoiding accidents is a key link in safety design among which nuclear diesel generator sets as a reserve source of electric power is one of the important links.When nuclear power station is affected by external environmental factors(earthquake,electric power shutdown of external power grid and so on),emergency diesel generator setsmust start up rapidly and load in program in set time to supply power source for safe equipment and ensure safety of nuclear power station.The paper focuses on discussion of design for diesel generator set,lubricating oil,fuel,cooling water,airstart,induction and exhaust system and auxiliary equipment grading.
