摘要

对基层地震队的质量控制和管理进行了整体论述,把工程项目质量控制方法 4M1E法引入到地震项目施工中;对地震施工中的工序控制点和控制面进行归纳,特别提出适于地震项目的工序能力指数进行定量的质量评估,以确定质量优劣程度以及解决质量事故的追溯方法。
Based on the general explanation about the quality control and management of basic-unit seismic team,the method of quality control for the projects(4 MIE method)is introduced into the construction of seismic projects.The controlling points and surfaces of working procedure in the seismic construction have been induced.Especially the quality evaluation is suggested to be carried out quantitatively for the working procedure indexes adaptable to seismic projects so as to determine the degree of quality and the tracing method of solving quality accidents.
