青海省地震应急卫星通信车改进与完善的探索

摘要
"十五"期间,中国地震局为满足地震应急现场通信的需要,为各省地震局配备了卫星通信便携站。青海省地震局地震应急卫星通信车是在原有箱式卫星便携站的基础上进行了改进,将便携站的全套设备安装于改装后的依维柯厢式货车内,天线部分做了车顶安装。经过上述处理后,该车具备了移动通信车的优点,有力提升了地震现场应急的通信保障及指挥协调能力。在简述应急卫星通信车通信系统的功能基础上,详细对实际应用中出现的问题进行了总结,并对将来应急通信车通信系统的进一步完善进行了探讨。
During the period of "Tenth Five- Year Plan",Earthquake Administration of China has provided all provincial- level administrations with satellite communication portable stations for earthquake emergency on- scene communication. The earthquake emergency satellite communication vehicle in Earthquake Administration of Qinghai Province has been improved based on previous box- type satellite portable station. The complete equipment was refitted in an Iveco van with antenna installed on the roof. The vehicle now owns the functions of mobile communication vehicle,which has strongly improved the communication support and command and coordination abilities during earthquake on- scene emergency. The communication system functions of emergency satellite communication vehicle are introduced briefly,and the problems in practical application are summarized and the further improvement of the communication system is discussed in the paper.
