集装箱起重机减隔震装置及其模型试验

摘要
通过调研阪神地震中集装箱起重机的破坏形式,认为垂直于轨道方向的水平地震力是造成起重机破坏的主要原因,根据减隔震原理设计了一种双偏心回转轴承式集装箱起重机减隔震装置。建立了系统的有限元动力计算模型,利用Newmark-β法对伊朗波等地震波激励下的结构加速度反应时间历程进行数值模拟分析表明,减隔震装置工作时,起重机的加速度反应峰值明显减小,桁框架顶点处约减小45%。根据量纲分析法和相似原理设计了试验模型,在地震台上用同样的地震波输入进行试验,试验结果表明减隔震装置工作时较其锁死时加速度反应最大可减小至10%,位移反应亦大幅减小。数值分析与模型试验的结果相互验证,说明该减隔震装置设计合理、减隔震效果显著。
By investigating into the damage forms of container cranes in Han-Shin Earthquake,it is concluded that the horizontal seismic force perpendicular to the rail is the main reason for the damage.Based on the theory of seismic isolation,a new type of anti-seismic device,composed of eccentric double slewing rings,Belleville spring,oil damper and shear pin,is designed for the container crane.A finite element model is established to numerically analyze acceleration response time history,inspired by Iran seismic wave,etc.in the method of Newmark-β.The numerical simulation result showes that,when the device functioned,the acceleration response peak value of the crane evidently decreases.The response at the top of crane frame is reduced by 45%,compared with that if the device is un-triggered.Furthermore,a seismic miniature test model,inspired by the same seismic wave,is designed according to similarity principle with dimensional analysis method.The results of test indicate that acceleration response can be reduced to 10% at most,besides the displacement is also substantially reduced.The results of numerical simulation and model test prove with each other,that the anti-seismic device is a reasonable design and the effect of seismic isolation is significant.
