大型钢板库时程分析

摘要
利用ANSYS软件对落地式钢板库进行了非线性动力有有限元时程分析。根据大型钢板库的特性,建立了空仓、满仓有限元模型,其中满仓有限元模型中,贮料与库壁间采用了接触单元模拟。根据场地类别,采用EI-Centro波,对筒仓结构进行了动力时程分析,得到各节点位移和应力的变化全过程,从而确定地震作用下结构的薄弱部位。
The ANSYS in nonlinear dynamic finite element time-history analysis of steel silo of console mode is present in the paper.According to the technical data and material characteristic combined with the characteristic of lager steel silo,the finite element models about empty silo and full silo is set.The interaction between the stored material and the silo walls is modeled with friction contact surfaces.With inputting the corresponding seismic waves,time-history analysis with EI-Centro wave are built to get displacement and time curve of silo structure.By understanding structural instantaneous response of steel silo under earthquake action through the time,we can determine weak positions of silo structure under earthquake.
