大刚度裙房多塔结构实用简化设计方法探讨

摘要
多塔结构整体设计分析难度大、可操作性差,难于考察各塔楼的静、动力特性。对于裙房刚度远大于塔楼刚度的多塔结构,可将整体模型简化为裙房模型和单塔模型进行设计,并将单塔模型的地震力进行一定比例放大。通过设置翼墙、加厚楼板与加强楼板配筋等措施来减小塔楼间楼板内的拉压应力。
It is difficult to operate and analysis a multi-tower structure with an overall modal.Meanwhile,it is tough to study on the static and dynamic characteristics of each tower in an overall modal.For a multi-tower structure whose podium's stiffness is much larger than each single-tower's,the overall modal can be simplified to the podium modal and each single-tower modals whose seismic forces were scaled.By setting the wing walls,thickening the slabs and increasing the reinforcement,the tension and compression stress in the slabs between towers could be reduced.
