摘要

以《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011—2010)、《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010—2010)为代表的新一批建筑类设计规范自2010年起逐步开始实施。新规范的修订对当地建筑房屋带来诸多影响。通过对某地区标志性建筑基于新老规范下PKPM软件设计成果的对比分析,不仅了解到新规范的实施对混凝土框架结构设计过程中地震作用、内力大小等均带来一定程度的影响,从而使构件的配筋量发生变化,致使该建筑结构构件的配筋无法满足现行规范,还了解到该工程的结构位移比严重不满足要求。
