摘要

分析了国内外灾后临时住房状况以及暴露出来的问题,并总结了相应解决对策,同时本着循环经济和绿色环保的理念,提出了诸如租赁、翻新后做储藏室等再次循环使用的模式,揭示了进行临时住房灾前规划设计时应该在战略的高度上对后期再利用的要求给予足够的考虑。
This paper analyzed the temporary housing situations after disasters and exposed problems at home and abroad,and summarized the countermeasures,at the same time,based on the idea of circular economy and green environmental protection,proposed such as leasing,as storage rooms after refurbishing and other recycle modes.Revealed should give enough considerations to the requirements of later reuse in the height of strategy when temporary housing pre-disaster planning and design.
