摘要

结合工作经验,通过国内历次强烈地震的震害调查表明:对抗震设防不达标的建筑物和构筑物在关键性结构部位进行抗震加固,能取得令人满意的抗震效果,是减轻地震灾害最有效的途径。
Combining with the working experience,the study undertakes the seismic strengthening on the key structural parts of some buildings which have unqualified earthquake resistance protection according to some earthquake disasters investigation in China,and indicates the method can have the satisfying effect and it is the most effective channel to relieve the earthquake disasters.
