两种结构体系下小高层建筑的地震响应

摘要
利用有限元分析软件MIDAS/GEN建立了模型,分别对剪力墙和框架—剪力墙两种结构体系的小高层建筑进行多遇地震作用下的模态分析,并对比了其抗震性能,结果表明在较高设防烈度地区对于小高层建筑结构宜优先选用剪力墙结构。
Two models of small high-rise building on the shear wall structure and frame shear wall structure have been analyzed under frequent earthquake through the MIDAS / GEN element analysis software. Through the analysis of the two structure systems' characteristics and the comparison of their seismic performance and economic performance,shear wall structure is suggested to be preferred in small high-rise structure systems in high fortification intensity area.
