球墨铸铁供水管线在地震作用下功能性实验分析

摘要
目的通过对埋地球墨铸铁管线柔性接口抗拉静载实验研究,分析管线抗震功能性,建立管内水压与接口位移的数学模型.方法对采用胶圈连接的柔性接口球墨铸铁管线,在不覆土的情况下,分别进行了两种管径、注水的静载拉拔试验.结果通过试验研究可得出柔性接口管线内水压变化值与接口相对位移关系曲线,并分别对两种管径的六组水压-位移关系曲线取平均值,进行线性拟合和二次多项式拟合,建立数学模型.结论将线性拟合和二次多项式拟合进行误差比较分析,二次多项式拟合误差较小,线性拟合误差虽较大,但也能控制在±30%范围内,对于精度要求不是很高的实际工程中建议使用线性拟合模型.
Through experiments of flexible joint ductile cast iron pipelines,we analyzed the earthquake-resistant function of the pipelines and derived the mathematical expressions of the pressure and the displacement.We carried out the experiments of the two kinds of calibers,water injection under the situation without covering soil for the flexible joint of the ductile cast iron pipelines.We derived the pressure changing and the connection displacement relation curve,and separately calculated the average values of six groups of pressure-displacements curves of the two kinds of calibers,calculated the linear fitting and quadratic multinomial fitting,and derived the mathematical expressions.We compared the linear fitting error with the quadratic multinomial fitting error.The latter is smaller.Although the linear fitting error is bigger,it can be controlled within the scope of ±30%.It's suggested that in the actual projects the linear fitting model should be used.
