摘要

酿成福岛核电7级事故的是故障的多米诺效应,其引发点是应急电源与机房设计的系统没有IEC615088的风险-SIL准则。
Fukushima nuclear accident by east coast quake-tsunami in Japan in 2011 is analyzed.The sources of the Domino effect caused by the disaster are the power supply and plant room,which are seriously inconsistent with the Risk-SIL Std of IEC 61508.
